Age of Conan, the epic MMORPG so many people have been waiting for so long is here.
Personally I have been tracking this game for about an year, trying to find my antidote to World of Warcraft (which kept me hooked for about 3 years ).
The thing with WoW is that it was so casual friendly, but had enough depth put into it, so the hardcore players would enjoy the game so very much.
I have been in AoC in its PvP Weekend, in the Open Beta and now in the Early Access.
It is such a great game. I can`t believe it. WoW seems so lame when I came back to it to say bbye to my friends.
Funcom really done a great job with the game. In the beta phase it was kinda buggy, but in EA ( Early Access), it was so much better.
I do have something against it. On the PvP FFA ( free for all) servers, the ganking is incredible...
People with 10+ levels bashing you it is no fun.... trust me. It never crossed my mind to roll on a PvE servers due to my WoW experience, where Normal servers were so lame and noob full, and all the good players regretted the didn't roll on a PvP server.
So... what were my options? I need to level fast.
And we all know that the high level players usually do not have a life...
And the it hit me...
A leveling guide!
In WoW I played at first just doing my own quests, minding my own business, but all my friends, that were playing waaay more than me, always were higher in level, and I ended up playing alone and didn't really enjoying my time.
But after a while I started to search the net for a solutions to my leveling problems, and for the first time I came across Joana`s Leveling Guide. I was kinda unsure if I should spend my money on a guide, but damn.... it worth so much its money.
After I bought it, me and my group of friends rerolled on a new realm, and I was first of them to reach the level cap.
So, not wanting to repeat my noobish state here, in Age of Conan, I searched again the internet for a leveling guide .
I came across this only guide released so far Killerguides.
It has ALL THIS GAME OFFERS. From leveling guide, to gold making guide, profession guide, and feat and skill guide. It is AWESOME.
And it is not even that expensive - only 30$ .
I know, I know, usually there is not a good idea to spend money on a guide, but with a lifetime update program... its totally worth it.
Before you jump into the game, I really do think it is wise to read about what you should do to play efficient, and not invest so much time in what it is not worth ( like running around for example). The game is kind of complex, and it can be a headache at start to figure it out.
People who used Joanas Guide, can totally back me up on this one. A guide is really what turns you from a newby to a real playa.
So this is my impression. This guide is totally worth it. Only one there is around... and lets face it... you know you like to be the one bashing skulls instead of the one being bashed.
So go ahead... just take a look, but in my honest opinion, it is truly worth it.
